Seeds need a good soil to grow, just as we need solid foundations on which to build. This package offers 4 sessions to get familiar with health coaching. Each session is client centered, and coach supported. What seeds to you want to plant, to nurture? What areas of your life are you ready to change or get curious about? Take your power back and plant those seeds. It all starts with you!
