Service Description

Welcome to Wellness Kulture Stress Klub! This is both educational and insightful group coaching in a virtual setting. Chronic stress paves the way to many chronic diseases. Let's deep dive into the science of stress, the nervous system, lifestyle factors contributing to our stressed out society. From there we can build our awareness, and learn methods to strengthen our stress response for the better. This is an interactive experience, that includes self work and reflection, and is supported by a like minded community. Things we will cover: - Stress Assessment - VIA Character Strengths - Awareness of stress and personal triggers/emotions. - Science of Stress: What does it do to the body? - Parasympathetic vs Sympathetic Nervous Systems. - Lifestyle Factors that contribute to Stress in the body, as well as reduce it. - Techniques to activate the parasympathetic nervous system : breathwork etc. - Introduction to SMART goals and Tiny Habits. - Self care and gratitude. - Private support page for our group. - Community and connection. - Between session work.
